韓國人氣女團BLACKPINK成軍7周年,各自貼出閨密照大晒姊妹情。四女仍為世界巡迴演唱會落力演出,上月30日於越南完成一連兩場的巡唱,休息一個多星期充足電,明天(8月11日)將在美國新澤西州繼續開騷。
當中人氣最高的泰籍成員Lisa,趁著逾10天的小休假期到希臘出海度假,百忙中抽空旅遊,難怪心情靚爆。
她於社交平台上載多張出海相片與眾同樂,其中罕有分享穿上牛油果綠色的比堅尼相片,雖然只有背面,但已清楚看見Lisa的超弗線條,骨感得來凹凸有致。

Lisa曾在泰國見面會上表示自己很喜歡去沙灘,但因怕媽媽責備故從不敢上載泳裝照。今次面對著希臘如此幽美的景色,令Lisa寧願冒著被媽媽責罵,也誓要甫出水著照,可見今趟旅程玩得樂而忘返。

4招瘦身秘訣
身高167cm的Lisa只有45kg(99磅)體重,最令人羨慕的是其20吋激幼螞蟻腰,因而獲得「人間芭比」稱號,2021年更成為全球百大美女冠軍。
除了得天獨厚擁有天生好基因,其實她為身形管理花下不少苦功,究竟「Lisa螞蟻腰」是怎樣煉成的?
第1招:排毒果汁
喜歡吃蔬果的Lisa,每天會喝一杯排毒果汁幫助代謝,有效幫助消化,同時促進腸胃蠕動,有助便便暢通。原來這個小習慣是受到隊友Jennie的影響!
不少女星愛喝「ABC果汁」,就是蘋果(Apple)、紅菜頭(Beetroot)、紅蘿蔔(Carrot)打成的蔬果汁,能喝到食材的纖維,完整吸收全食物的營養。
第2招:少食多餐不節食
Lisa曾於節目中公開貪吃食相,亦透露從不節食讓肚子捱餓。她的飲食模式為少食多餐,避免吃過量和暴飲暴食,一天3餐分為4餐,這樣不會容易胖。

第3招:舞蹈練習3至4小時
作為全球人氣女團,每天進行練舞至3、4小時,演唱會時期訓練更高達6、7小時。由於平日已有大量運動量,故Lisa沒有刻意節食也不會肥胖。
第4招:每周泰拳1至2次
綜藝真人騷《BLACKPINK House》曾直擊Lisa一周進行1至2次泰拳課程,平均每分鐘燃燒13卡路,半小時便能燃燒300卡以上,難怪Lisa一直維持這副不懂長肉的身材!
